Biogenetic Technologies BV
is the Dutch holding company of the Proagro Group. The Proagro Group of companies
comprises Proagro Seed Company Ltd., Proagro-PGS India Ltd., Hybrid Rice International,
and MISR Hytech. With the exception of the Egypt-based MISR Hytech, the Proagro group
companies are headquartered in New Delhi, India.
Hoechst Schering AgrEvo GmbH (AgrEvo) completed a definitive acquisition of
Biogentic Technologies B.V. in February 1999. |
