Monsanto Company (NYSE:
MON) today posted on its web site its transitional year annual
report for fiscal year 2003. The report is Monsanto's first
since the company changed its fiscal year-end from Dec. 31 to
Aug. 31 and is available at
http://www.monsanto.com/monsanto/content/media/pubs/2003/2003_Annual_Report.pdf.
On Dec.
12, Monsanto will begin mailing to shareowners of record as of
Dec. 1 copies of the annual report that incorporate the
company's Form 10-K. Additionally, shareowners of record will
receive a proxy statement, proxy card and additional information
for the company's annual meeting to be held Thursday, Jan. 29,
2004 in St. Louis.
Monsanto
also recently filed its Form 10-K with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission.
