Planning for the USDA-NASS Annual Ag Statistics Program & 2007 Census of Agriculture
 
Come to our Data Users “Listening Session.”
USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) invites you to participate in the consultation process regarding the content of our annual statistics program and the 2007 Census of Agriculture. Here are some examples of data users who may want to participate:
  • Ag associations and producer groups
  • Consultants and researchers
  • Agribusiness
  • Academics
  • All levels of government
  • Special interest groups

 
What’s the purpose of this workshop ?
Periodically, the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) asks data users like you, and other interested parties across the nation, what kind of agricultural information is needed. The goal of data users’ workshops is to ensure that NASS takes account of emerging agricultural issues and, where appropriate, uses our annual statistics program or the 5-year Ag Census to shed light on these issues.
