AgVenture hires new manager for national accounts in Indiana

AgVenture, Inc. has announced hiring Sales and Marketing Manager for National Accounts in Indiana. David Frazee, formerly with MacAllister Machinery Company in Indianapolis assumes the new role and will service Indiana’s national accounts for D & M, Inc., Gray’s Seed, Inc. and McKillip Seeds, Inc. Frazee will manage responsibilities for strategy development, marketing plan implementations and new services development.

Jim Groepper, Vice President Sales and Marketing said, “David is an individual with a strong reputation as a leader in agribusiness. He is a seasoned sales professional with an aptitude for both relationship building and customer service.”

Frazee said, “This is a great opportunity. I look forward to specifically addressing the unique demands of the national account agribusiness. Our team’s goal at AgVenture is to provide the latest technologically advanced products, first class local service and accurate information that today’s professionals need and expect.”

For the past 15 years, Frazee has served as Ag Business Manager for MacAllister Machinery Co., the Indiana Caterpillar dealer. Prior to that, he managed a John Deere Dealership in Central Indiana. In this new role, Frazee will coordinate and manage national accounts in Indiana. “Indiana’s large producers know and trust David and his professionalism,” said Zarrell Gray, Gray’s Seed secretary/treasurer. “His skill set and reputation for exceptional service to his customers will bring greater success to our customers and to our companies.”

Frazee and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Avon.
