This year,
the Danish Crop Production Seminar 2007 will be held in
conjunction with Agromek, the largest annual agricultural
mechanization exhibition in Northern Europe.
The Crop Production Seminar – which guests are welcome to attend
completely free of charge – presents cutting edge results and
experiences from leading Danish researchers and advisors in
areas of crop management and production in which Denmark is at
the forefront.
The congress will be held on Thursday, 18 January 2007 in
conjunction with Agromek in Herning, Denmark.
Areas that will be covered are: crop protection, nutrition
management, animal waste technology, environment technology and
robot technology under the titles “Smart plant protection”,
“Brave new communication”, “Valuable fertilizer from animal
manure”, “Making do with less”, and “Intelligent farm machines”.
Speakers at the sessions are researchers and advisors from the
Danish Institute of Agricultural Sciences and the Danish
Agricultural Advisory Service, National Centre. These two
institutes are also the congress organisers and sponsors, in
cooperation with Agromek.
