Growth at Fontanelle Hybrids fosters promotion of Doug Dudney to Sales Director
Fontanelle, Nebraska
July 6, 2006

Over the past year Fontanelle Hybrids, Fontanelle, Nebraska has expanded territory, staff and sales. “In order for us to maintain our level of commitment to service for our customers, dealers and Sales Team, we needed to add a director’s position to help coordinate and support sales activities,” Steve Pike, president of Fontanelle said. “With Doug Dudney’s years of experience with Fontanelle and the seed industry plus his expertise in various sales positions, he is the logical choice to fill the Director of Sales position.”

“My job duties cover quite a range with the focus on providing support and coaching to our Sales Team, including our Corn Product Lead Team,” Dudney, Gretna, NE said. “I’ll also be a link between Fontanelle and the other CORE Group members in sales planning and programs.”

“My short term goals for the Company are to help put things in place so that we can grow in sales and in personnel. One of the ways we are reaching new customers is through our new genetic/trait corn hybrids that we call Dominators,” Dudney said. “I’m looking forward to working with our Team to implement the growth of these products, while at the same time continuing to expand our sales force to ensure a powerful combination of top performing products with unbeatable service for our customers.”

Fontanelle Hybrids markets corn, soybeans, grain sorghum, alfalfa and sunflowers in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Colorado, Missouri and portions of Illinois, Minnesota, South Dakota and Texas as a CORE Group company.
