Ownership expansion at AgVenture of Nebraska Seeds

AgVenture of Nebraska Seeds, LLC. (AVN Seeds) announces the addition of David Warner of Albion, Nebraska Area Marketing Manager and minority owner of the company. David will focus his sales efforts serving customers in East Central Nebraska.

AVN Seeds co-owners, Dennis Kenyon and Tim Weeces established the AVN Seeds business just two years ago, and last year, added part owner and marketing manager Jeremy McCroden. Kenyon stated, “Bringing Dave to the AVN team is a great opportunity for AVN and for area customers. He brings seed business savvy, local growing conditions knowledge and a true understanding of his customers’ needs.”

Warner has 17 years seed business experience having most recently worked for Garst. He also worked for AgriPro in the 1990’s. Warner said, “I’m very pleased to be a part owner of AVN Seeds. AgVenture is truly a unique seed company. It allows the seed business owner to bring their ideas and values to the plate. I look forward to sharing that value with my customers.” 

“AgVenture also allows us to select hybrids we want for this area that are customized, localized for what works in our fields here,” Warner added. “I see that as a big advantage for area producers.” He continued, “And with the broadest access to traits and technology in the business, we really have the ability to find the best products for every field.”

Warner and his wife, Kami, have three children and reside in Albion, Nebraska.
