AgVenture, Inc. of Kentland, Indiana has named Rob Fox as Business Development Director to join the growing seed company.  Fox will be responsible for internal recruiting, staffing as well as supporting training and development roles for the growing network of independent regional seed companies.  Fox will also work with internal AVI business development and consulting projects.

Fox brings a wealth of seed industry knowledge and relationships to this new post. For the last nine years, as Vice President of Agra Placements, Fox lead the company in sales and most recently was the 2005 Consultant of the Year. He managed the South Dakota office where he specialized in executive recruiting for the seed, energy and equipment industries. He has prior experience working for Pioneer Hi-Bred and with Ciba Geigy.

Growth continues across the nation for AgVenture. Seven regional seed companies have joined AgVenture since 2005. Now with 32 independent regional seed companies on the team, those efforts will further advance. AgVenture, Inc. Fox and his wife, Denice reside in Madison, South Dakota where they raise, train and compete with registered quarter horses. The Fox’s have a son at Dakota State University and a daughter in medical school at University of South Dakota.
