Shandong Zhouyuan Seed
and Nursery Co., Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: SZSN) ('SZSN' or
'Parent Corporation'), incorporated in the State of Delaware,
announced that its operating subsidiary company in China,
Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co., Ltd. ('Zhouyuan' or 'the
Company'), has signed a jointly new corn seed research and
development agreement with Hebei Shexian Qing Yang Seed Co.,
Ltd. ('Qing Yang') in order to accelerate the application and
promotion of new corn seed -- 'Zhouyuan 98' in Hebei province,
China P.R.C.
According to the agreement, once this kind of seed is
successfully approved and validated by relevant Hebei government
departments, Zhouyuan will provide original 'Zhouyuan 98' seeds
to Qing Yang, and Qing Yang will be fully authorized to produce
and sell the seeds in Hebei. Besides, Zhouyuan can even realize
its entry into the Hebei market through the established networks
and resources of Qing Yang.
