Genotyping program for variety identification in wheat

An ultra high throughput genotyping program for variety identification in wheat worth over $100,000 was successfully conducted on the behalf of the University of Queensland , the Queensland Department of Primary Industries in Toowoomba and CSIRO Plant Industry.

This program involved the genotyping of thousands of samples within a matter of weeks and afforded the clients a substantial reduction in the time taken to complete the project.
