An ultra high throughput
genotyping program for variety identification in wheat worth
over $100,000 was successfully conducted on the behalf of the
University of Queensland ,
the Queensland Department of
Primary Industries in Toowoomba and
CSIRO Plant Industry.
This program involved the
genotyping of thousands of samples within a matter of weeks and
afforded the clients a substantial reduction in the time taken
to complete the project.
