Pete Leiferman joined
Renze Seeds as a
District Sales Manager in November. He will work with dealers
and customers in Carroll, Guthrie, and Greene Counties with
plans to expand his focus to include Dallas, Madison, and Boone
Counties in the coming months.
“Renze has strong brand recognition in their trade territory,“
Leiferman remarked. “Now with their relationship with Dow
AgroSciences, it makes a powerful pairing.”
With first-hand knowledge of the soil types, terrain, and
growing conditions in his district along with nine years of
experience in the seed industry, Leiferman looks forward to
representing Renze’s excellent products and small company
attention to detail. “Pete really builds strong relationships
and cares about his customers,” explained Dan Swalla, Renze
Seeds’ sales and marketing manager. “He is a great addition to
our team.”
As the seed industry changes, Leiferman appreciates Renze’s
commitment to remaining ahead of the curve while still offering
quality customer service this family-oriented organization was

Leiferman believes seed technology requires the salesman and

Leiferman and his wife, Sandy, live near Panora with their sons
Levi, 10, and Lucas, 6. When he’s not working, Leiferman enjoys
spending time with his family, reading, exercise, and spending
time on the lake near their home.
