Ryan Betka joined the finance
department at
GreenLeaf Genetics in Omaha, Nebraska serving as Financial
Analyst.
Betka is responsible for performing financial analysis to
support business decisions and planning processes. He will also
provide professional accounting support, including financial and
management reporting. “I’m excited to be part of a progressive
organization that is helping to shape the agriculture industry,”
said Betka.
According to Dawn Judkins, Chief Financial Officer, “Ryan will
be a great addition to our finance department. His experience in
financial analysis coupled with his agriculture background will
serve as a great asset to the company as we continue to support
independent seed companies.”
Betka formerly worked as a Senior Audit Assistant for Deloitte &
Touche LLP. A graduate of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln
with majors in Accounting and Finance, Betka was inducted into
the Mortar Board National Senior Honor Society at the University
and served as a National Board Director for Alpha Gamma Rho
Fraternity.
GreenLeaf Genetics LLC, a joint venture between Syngenta and
Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc., a subsidiary of DuPont,
offers licenses for corn and soybean genetic material to
foundation seed houses and seed companies and facilitates the
licensing of biotech traits from its parent companies. GreenLeaf
Genetics is currently helping more than 200 seed companies to
access genetics and traits from Syngenta and Pioneer. |
