of Consolidated Growers & Processors, Inc. has named Larry Siddens
Chief Executive Officer it was announced today.
Siddens has thirty years management experience in the textile industry, most recently
serving as
President and Chief Executive Officer of the Reeves Apparel Textile Group of Spartanburg,
South
Carolina. In this position he was responsible for overseeing all facets of the $130
million in annual
sales of the apparel and textile group of Reeves Industries, including the development of
marketing and sales strategy, import and export of raw material, joint venture
development, product development and manufacturing.
Previously he was President, Apparel Fabrics Division, The Bibb Company; Vice President of
Sales and Marketing, National Nonwovens; Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing,
Greenwood Mills; Regional Sales Manager, West Point Pepperell; National Account Sales
Manager, Ti-Caro Corporation and District Sales Manager for Talon-Textron. Mr. Siddens
holds a
B.S. in English and Business from Hastings College, Hastings, NB.
