December 28, 1999Great Lakes Hybrids continued its winning tradition in
the 1999 National Corn Yield Contest, sponsored by the National Corn Growers Association.
Since 1990, Great Lakes Hybrids entries have won an a national or state championship award
18.8 percent of the time (that's more nearly one in every five!)
In this year's contest, Great Lakes Hybrids captured one national champion and eight state
winners with its 36 entries. We congratulate each of our winners and entrants in the
contest.
