  • As Supply Chain Manager (US/CA) you are responsible for Supply Chain Planning for the regional and vegetable crop segment scope for the US/CA markets and for the products supplied through this region. You and your team contribute value to our customers through the delivery of the Right Seeds, of the Right Quality, at the Right Time.
  • As Enza grows regionally and globally, this role is key for continuing to build and structure our teams and processes in the supply chain. You will inspire, lead, and develop the US Supply Planning team during the journey.

You may also liaise with other Enza sites globally. Product quality is key, so it is not only important to ensure a secure process but also understand and ensure all quality specifications and protocols are well tracked and monitored in the supply chain process.
  • Furthermore, you and your team play a key role to ensure that all import and export of seeds (and plants as relevant) to other global supply locations or commercial subsidiaries have the appropriate phytosanitary documentation, transportation conditions, and tax and customs requirements
  • You have a broad responsibility to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement. You will build a network across Enza throughout the different functions, and work with providers to ensure problems are solved and new ideas can be structurally implemented.
  • As one of the key leaders for the US business, you will take part in the US cross-functional business reviews and delivery process.

Our power

Enza Zaden is a vegetable breeding company that develops vegetable varieties. We produce and sell the seeds of these varieties all over the world. Both for conventional and organic growers. In order to explain this properly (and as briefly as possible) we have made an animation.
For more than 80 years we are working with the best that nature offers. We support this with state-of-the-art technologies to speed up our breeding process. This is necessary since currently the development of a new vegetable variety can take 6 to 10 years.
The results? Strong, healthy, tasty, and climate-proof vegetable varieties with higher yield per square meter and less need of crop protection products or fertilizer.
Our strength? More than 2000 passionate colleagues worldwide working together on the vegetables of tomorrow. Therefore, we continuously invest in knowledge and skills with our Enza Academy.
