To support our continuous international development, one of our Business Unit is currently recruiting a:

• Processing Vegetable Area Sales Manager-Northern Europe

Reporting to the Processing Vegetable Sales Manager (Sweet corn, Pea, Bean, Cauliflower), you are in charge of the product range, development and sales of Processing Vegetables in areas destined to you by respecting the priorities defined by the company.

The scope of your responsibilities include Benelux area, United-Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and North of France.

Main Responsibilities:
With a genuine passion for field activities, you are the single point of contact for suppliers on behalf of the company. Your main responsibilities are:

• Follow market developments, anticipate their evolution and provide relevant analysis in order to orient the direction of the research department.
• Manage the priority market product range, control their performance, manage their renewal,
• Organize and control new product launches and their development, oversee internal coordination,
• Contribute internally and externally to the commercial promotion of the processing vegetable product range: product brochures, promote sales and margins: commercial spirit is essential.

In addition, being the Sales Manager for Northern Europe for the entire processing vegetable product ranges either through direct sales or through local distributors, you are also responsible for:

• Processing vegetable seeds sales development
• Establish sales forecasts,
• Apply the tariff politics, follow up payments and insure the solvency of your customers.

Profile:

• Agricultural engineer or equivalent work experience
• Previous field experience ideally within the processing sector
• Natural sales person
• Field experience ideally on Sweet corn, peas, beans or cauliflowers.
• Fluent in English and Dutch are imperative, French and/or German will be a plus.

Position based in Belgium (or in the Netherlands, close to the Belgian border), frequent traveling required.
