Eacellent eating quality and beautiful ears provide consumer appeal

This mid-early (74 days) variety features the ear size, sweetness and eating quality you want for local and regional markets. Confection is a strong performer in the Northeast, Canadian and
Midwest markets with a proven track record in the field and on the table.

Confection has a very attractive ear with refined rowing and good size. Ears are well shaped with good kernel color contrast and exceptional tip fill. Husks are   attractive with medium green color and good flags.

Confection is moderately resistant to Stewart’s Wilt, a great quality in a mid-early.
Picks well by hand or machine. Plant at medium populations to reduce shankiness. High yields have been reported at higher populations. Confection is a real bicolor crowd pleaser.
