Western shipper with great quality.

.

Harris Moran’s research and grower trials have consistently shown Zodiac, formerly HMX 3591 to have excellent post harvest shipping characteristics. Not only is it great on the road, Zodiac is very attractive with great eating qualities for real consumer appeal.

Zodiac is a western shipper with large, slightly oval fruit. Its yields run high and so does fruit quality. Cut into this melon and you will find a deep orange flesh that is very thick, crisp and flavorful. On the outside, Zodiac’s net is very
strong with medium coarse texture. Tests have shown this variety to out perform other varieties by resisting molds, cracking, external damage and breakdown in storage.
Top holding ability makes Zodiac ideal for shippers and beautiful fruit quality satisfies consumer demand.
