Accountabilities:
- Place orders (and run MRP for material orders) accordingly in SAP to ensure formulation and packaging components are available at asset(s) for production
- Collaborate with asset planners, other internal supply chain stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure delivery dates and on time in full requirements are met and discrepancies to plans escalated
- Ensure the optimization of inventory of components and formulated bulks, with Supply Planner to minimize working capital
- Reconcile and maintain accurate inventory records and vendor performance for respective asset(s)
- For 3rd party manufacturers (tollers), collaborate with asset(s) to ensure timely reporting of production, receipts, and shipments
- Review label copy changes on printed materials and audit bills of material to ensure correct printed packaging is ordered and available for finished product
- First point of contact for day-to-day operational issues with suppliers
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with appropriate stakeholders
Education & Experience:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or another closely related field of study
- Prefer a student with current Sophomore or Junior standing with a GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Fluent in English
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the US
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience of the key interfaces within a Supply Chain
- Planning parameters, master data management and data integrity
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP) principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Smartsheet preferred but not required
- Influencing and negotiation
