Finalité du poste

Belonging to our sales division, reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will have to pursue and develop sales activities in the area according to company business plan.

Missions

Sales:

  • Market and customer analysis for the key crops of the area
  • Set sales targets, responsible for a sales budget in the area
  • Challenge daily turnover, market share, payment and daily activity of the team
  • Follow mid- and long-term sales strategy considering the product range and actual situation, structure sales channels and establish new partnerships.
  • Prepare and manage expense budget for the area
  • Manage directly some key customers
  • Contribute to crop business Plan update

Promotion activities / others:

  • Manage product promotion and develop company brand according to company guidelines
  • Propose and implement promotional actions
  • Implement new tools proposed by the company

Management:

  • Annual appraisal, set targets, management of the daily activity

Profil

Must have:

  • Team Management skills, organized and goal oriented.
  • Sales experience in the geographical area and knowledge of the market players
  • Communication skills, working well in a multicultural environment, collaborative
  • Pro-active & pragmatic personality.

 

  • Fluent Spanish,
  • English speaking, minimum level B2
  • Senior using Windows Pack office, social media
  • Past CRM experience will be a plus
  • Team Management experience will be a plus

This full-time position is opened from July 2022 and a long-term contract is foreseen.
