BrettYoung is delighted to announce that Wayne Unger will join its Board of Directors effective January 1, 2023.

As previously announced, Wayne will be retiring as an employee from BrettYoung on December 31, 2022. Wayne joined BrettYoung in 1998 and has been involved in the Canadian forage and turf seed industry serving domestic and international markets since 1995.

“I’m excited to add Wayne’s decades of experience to our Board,” says Lloyd Dyck, Chairman for BrettYoung. “His strategic insights, knowledge of the industry and deep relationships with our customers, suppliers and other industry stakeholders will serve BrettYoung well.”

Wayne Unger added, “I’m very much looking forward to contributing to BrettYoung’s continued success in this new capacity. The journey continues.” Until the end of December 2022, Wayne will continue to be actively involved in serving the needs of his customers and supporting the ongoing transition plan.
