Nufarm Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Beth Lorsbach to the role of Group Executive, Portfolio Solutions, effective 1 January 2026. Ms Lorsbach will succeed Mr Rico Christensen, who, as previously announced, will transition to the role of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer from the same date. 

Ms Lorsbach is currently Global Head of Innovation & Development within Portfolio Solutions and has worked closely with Nufarm’s global teams to drive pipeline quality, product innovation and practical solutions for growers across multiple markets. 

Ms Lorsbach joined Nufarm in November 2022 from Corteva Agriscience and brings nearly 30 years of experience in agriculture and crop protection. Her career includes senior leadership roles in new molecule discovery and global collaborative partnerships. She holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Davis. 

Based in the United States, Ms Lorsbach will join Nufarm’s Executive Leadership Team and report to incoming CEO Rico Christensen.
