Chia Tai Company Limited, Thailand’s leading innovative agricultural company, organized the “Field Day: Nadee Napang 2026” at Chia Tai Experience in Bang Nam Priao District, Chachoengsao Province. The event transformed real rice fields into an open learning space, sharing systematic concepts and practical approaches to off-season rice management plan. Through smart solutions and knowledge in crop planning, cost management, and the efficient use of agricultural inputs, the initiative aimed to help farmers effectively address the challenges of modern rice cultivation.
The event was designed to respond to key challenges facing rice farmers, including rising production costs, climate variability, and the rapid spread of pests and diseases, which often require farmers to make decisions under limited information. Chia Tai Experience, therefore, presented a structured approach to rice field management to support farmers in controlling costs, planning production, and maintaining consistent yields more effectively.
At the event, farmers were introduced to the “Chia Tai off-season rice field management plan” and visited the “Chia Tai Smart Farmer Demonstration Plot,” a professional off-season rice farming model that integrates agronomic expertise, technology, and systematic field management practices. The demonstration covered the entire cultivation process, from land preparation to crop care at each growth stage, providing farmers with a clear, step-by-step view of effective field management that can be adapted to their own farms.

Mr. Manas Chiaravanond, Chief Executive Officer of Chia Tai Company Limited, attended the event and engaged closely with farmers, exchanging views and listening to firsthand experiences from on-the-ground operations. His participation reflected Chia Tai’s commitment to working alongside Thai farmers and remaining closely connected to real farming challenges.
Ms. Supaporn Kietisirikajorn, Chief Marketing Officer, said that Chia Tai established Chia Tai Experience in mid-2025 at a time when farmers were facing pressure from volatile rice prices and increasingly difficult-to-control production costs. The center was created as a learning space to provide farmers with access to systematic knowledge and practical approaches to rice field management, helping to strengthen their capacity to plan and manage production more effectively.
“Chia Tai continues to strengthen its role as a solution provider, serving as a trusted partner and agricultural advisor to farmers. We work closely with farmers from the planning stage, sharing knowledge and applying data and technology to support effective field management. For the ‘Field Day: Nadee Napang 2026,’ our intention was to enable farmers to learn directly from real fields, ask questions, and exchange experiences closely with Agronomists and Crop Advisors, so they can appropriately apply these approaches to their own farms and reduce risks in rice cultivation,” Ms. Supaporn said.
The event also featured learning activities and interactive engagements at booths from Chia Tai’s business units, including Chia Tai Seeds, Rabbit Brand Fertilizers, and Chia Tai Plant Protection Products. In addition, Agricultural Technology business showcased innovative solutions, such as smart greenhouses from FarmInno (Thailand), agricultural drones from XAG Thailand, and service provider vehicles, enabling farmers to explore the practical application of technology in rice cultivation.
The event was supported by key partners, including Bang Nam Priao Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. and Yanmar S.P. Co., Ltd., which showcased agricultural machinery and provided on-site consultations for farmers, represented by Mr. Manabu Fujita, Sale Office Manager. The program also featured a special lecture on selecting rice varieties suitable for specific areas by Mr. Noppadol Prayunsuk, Director of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Rice Research Center and Acting Director of the Chachoengsao Rice Research Center. In addition, Chia Tai Agronomists provided guidance on participation in the company’s site-specific rice cultivation management program.
The “Field Day: Nadee Napang 2026” attracted more than 500 farmers and stakeholders from Chachoengsao Province and nearby areas. The strong turnout reflects Chia Tai’s commitment to strengthening its role as a Solution Provider, with the aim of enhancing the quality of life of Thai farmers and enabling them to adapt sustainably to changes in the agricultural sector, in line with the company’s vision of “Good Farming, Good Prosperity, Good Life.”
