On April 24th, 2013 Sacom SpA debuted on Italian AIM market– the alternative capital market of Italian Stock Exchange for small and medium-sized Italian companies with high growth potential.
Sacom is a very active Italian company specialized in green biotechnology linked to the production of microorganisms for plant nutrition and strengthening also in combination with common fertilizers.
The Company products portfolio is based on the patent pending Sacom Biotech System (SGB), an optimal combination of beneficial micro populations in a carefully managed system, which can rapidly restore a natural, healthy and protective balance to our soils.
SGB formulations uniquely contain especially balanced populations of three types of microorganisms which work cooperatively together to build a highly productive and self-supporting community.
SGB formulations are healthy, natural, highly effective alternatives to chemicals enabling farmers to build up their soil health and grow more nutritious food crops with higher profits and significantly less chemicals.
Sacom ended 2012 with more than 32 million Euro in revenue and an EBITDA of around 3.9 mil Euro.
After the placement Sacom has a market capitalization of EUR 34,845,080, at IPO prices.

SACOM was founded in 1981 to distribute agricultural products in the regional market. Since 1992 its activity has been focused on the production of fertilizers and products for agriculture. After the acquisition of ELEP S.p.A. subsidiary, the production has also been extended to Green Biotechnologies for agricultural use like microorganisms and mycorrhizae. Today SACOM’s core business is Green Biotechnology for agricultural use and fertilizers production and marketing.

Il 24 Aprile 2013 Sacom ha debuttato sul mercato italiano Aim.
Sacom è un gruppo italiano attivo nella green biotecnology legata alla produzione di microrganismi per uso vegetale anche mediante l’associazione degli stessi a fertilizzanti di varia natura.
Nel 2012 sacom ha chiuso l’esercizio con oltre 32 milioni di fatturato ed un ebitda di 3,9 mil .
Subito dopo il collocamento Sacom ha ottenuto una capitalizzazione pari a 34.845.080 euro.
EnVent S.p.A è stato selezionato come Nomad dell’operazione, Movent come consulente economico, Ambromobiliare S.p.A. come adviser finanziario.
Sacom è stata costituita nel 1981 con l’intento di distribuire prodotti agricoli per il mercato regionale. Dal 1992 la sua attività si è concentrata sulla produzione di fertilizzanti e prodotti per uso agricolo. Grazie all’acquisizione della controllata ELEP S.p.A, la produzione è stata estesa anche a prodotti basati sulla biotecnologia per uso agricolo, come microrganismi e micorrize. Oggi l’attività principale di Sacom è la Green Biotechnology per uso agricolo, oltre alla produzione e alla vendita di fertilizzanti.
