Stine® Seed Company stands firm in its belief that strong partnerships are the foundation for success in the field. That’s why in May we announced our newly structured retail development division — a leadership team focused on driving retail growth and ensuring our retail partners have the resources necessary to succeed in today’s competitive ag environment.
Now we’re excited to announce the expansion of our retail development team, including a few promotions from our leadership and sales departments.
Jeff Anderson, formerly our western director of retail development, has been promoted to national retail team director.
“In this role, Anderson will lead our growing retail development efforts across the country, ensuring consistency, collaboration and support for our retail partners. His experience and leadership will be central as we continue to expand our retail-focused initiatives.”

The team is also joined by Dustin Ellis, formerly a regional sales agronomist (RSA) for Stine, who will take over as western director of retail development.
“Ellis has a strong track record of building relationships and supporting growers in the field,” says Stine. “We’re confident he will be an asset in helping our retail partners grow and succeed in this new capacity.”
We’re also pleased to welcome Ted Olson and Bart Cline to the retail development team. Both will serve as retail account managers. Olson previously worked as an RSA for Stine and will support Brian Manahan, our southern and eastern director of retail development. Cline was previously an independent sales representative for the company and will support Ellis in his new role as western director of retail development.
