This ImmunoStrip® assay was developed for detecting the presence or absence of the 2mEPSPS protein in soybean, which confers tolerance to glyphosate herbicide.  The 2mEPSPS ImmunoStrip® can be used for testing single seed or leaf tissue.  Moreover, this product was validated for testing bulk grain samples and has a detection limit of 0.5%, or a single positive seed in 200 seeds.  Agdia claims this product does not cross-react with other commercially available transgenic traits available in soybean.
