Germains Seed Technology is pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Fomina as its new Managing Director, effective September 15, 2025. Helen brings over 20 years of experience in the agricultural sector, where she has established a proven track record of driving commercial growth, building high-performing teams, and leading business transformations across Europe.
About Helen Fomina, Managing Director
Helen’s career includes more than eight years as Country and General Manager of Monsanto Ukraine, where she guided the company to the #1 market-leading position in corn seeds. At Bayer Crop Science, Helen held several senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Head of Supply Chain Excellence for EMEA. In this role, she designed and implemented strategic and operational initiatives that enhanced digital capabilities, delivered operational efficiencies, and improved the customer experience across the region.
